What makes me laugh is how all the gaming metrics try to make it seem like the 40xx series is so much greater than the predecessors or even AMD. If you read the REAL benchmarks from reliable sources, we're talking a difference, on average, of 10-20 frames per second. And most games, below 4k, are well above 120 FPS ANYWAY. I got a refurb 2070 super for under 200, and I'm super happy with the performance. That said: I DO wish I'd waited for an RX6750XT like I planned cause nividia runs odd in Linux. But you don't need all these power hungry mcguffins to magically make you a better gamer.

Been rocking the 2080S since release. Nvidia has given me little reason to upgrade. Totally agree.

Especially when you do a side by side comparison of (((their benchmarks))) to real world benchmarks. They all do it, but Nvidia goes way overboard...
