The smart way to do it is the way those two niggers did their killings a few years ago. A sniper hid in the trunk of a car and shot through the hole where the trunk lock used to be, while his buddy drove him to target spots and parked. As soon as the kill shot was fired, he drove away. It took the police a long time to find these two niggers.
They are treating their attacks like a computer game, even down to the livestreaming. The only prep the Buffalo shooter took was to wear body armor, which saved his life from the armed security guard who was one of the fatalities. Otherwise, it looks simulated, like a game stream.

The motive was to spread his ideology by committing an atrocity to draw attention to it, same as Brevik and Tarrant and the Unabomber, or any terrorist.
In the manifesto, he had a timeline and had tested it with drills. Had scoped out the location, knew where the security was, had a route through the store plotted (which he seemed to follow on the livestream), planned to take out security through the front glass on the way in (also performed) and was overall successful. Not clear why he decided to just give up outside instead of taking off on a shooting spree from the car like he had planned.

Adrenaline dump. Sometimes after an extreme event the body is filled with adrenaline which creates a 'fight or flight' response. Maybe his body just shutdown.
