These kids from wealthy homes should just graduate, start a business and hire minorities at a higher than average wage to change shit. Sure the business might go under, be robbed blind in some cases but they instead are stupid and try to make everyone poor and every deal with crime. Hell do something in your town to get businesses "for jobs" and more police in the area to lower crime since most minority people asked want more police to have safer neighborhoods. It's not that blacks are more likely to be arrested it's that less police they become criminals and when caught claim racism. If there are more police they don't try to be criminals since higher chance of getting caught at all times then less blacks in jail. Have more tough schools for unruly kids so they are forced like military schools to pay attention and then are not left behind a HS diploma but cannot read since the schools just push them through. It is the system coddling them till they fuck up hard then prison so fix the basics then less can be spent on prisons when the kids can work when adults and have behavioral traits instilled upon them forcefully like tough white parents do for their kids "father force is needed".
