any damage by kids under 21 have their wealthy parents given the bills for damage caused including arson. Sure make parents wakeup when the factory they own is sold for the kids bullshit and teachers should be fired immediately if they are charged with violent crimes of any sort and proven guilty since kids should not be taught by violent people of any race or gender.
