It's a mafia, a cartel. They use any excuse to raise the price in a way that is detrimental to everyone. There may also be video game companies behind this.

A few years ago there was a flood in a hard drive factory, so they used that as an excuse to raise the price of all the drives in the entire world, including the ones already on the shelves.

While everyone will blame the miners, I believe it was because of the lockdowns and the [andemic hoax. Manufacture slowed down, people started gaming more because they had nothing better to do, prices end up inflated beyond limit. I believe there's a similar trend with hard disk drives, where some models doubled in price in just one month.

Blame the Chinks buying up all of the cards to mine Ethereum and other varieties of buttcorns. I really hope we nuke those stupid fucking bugs.
