The only one I like much is Ardbrg. Bowmore, Lagavulin, Laphroaig didn't live up to their hype. I think it's hipsterism. The same types drink IPAs.

Haven't tried ardbeg yet. In terms of other whiskies ama huge fan of highland park, Loch lomond, the glenlivet, Dalwhinnie, johny walker black and up, old pulteney, Talisker, Irish pearse and tullamore are my goto whiskies
