I'm bemused by african american surnames, they're all Euro/Anglo, yet every af in Africa has an af surname. How did these people discontinue thier own family names? Why didnt they find out thier real family names and drop the adopted masters name? Imagine going about life knowing your family name has nothing to do with your bloodline and you have the name of your 'oppressor'. This list should read: Letticia Shabalala, Danyelle Hlengula, Chantasea Mahlubanzima, Miyana Bogopane, Marquisha Mabudafahasi, these are common African surnames.
