This guy, the prosecutor, is going for a mistrial by fucking up the trial. The defence threatening to go for a mistrial with prejudice so that the Kenosha Kid won't be retried or that the Prosecutor is sanctioned.

Prosecutor is testing the Judge and the Judge is getting pissed.
