That’s a beautiful raptor, what kind is it?

It looks to be a juvenile/1st year Ornate Hawk-Eagle (Spizaetus ornatus). After which they become much more brown and black. Location: Amazonia, Brazil & Colombia

Very cool, we have falcons, hawks and eagles (mostly golden, a few bald) here in the Colorado Rockies. Rocky Mountain National Park and the Arapaho National Forest are great areas to see these birds in the wild.
