Gruesome Newsom has been the preferred DNC candidate since early in the Biden administration. They're not going to 'parachute' Big Mike in as the candidate, as Teddy Cruz thinks. It'll be Newsom at the top of the ticket and Mike as VP. The long-term plan for that gives him eight years at the titular helm of the country while "she" learns the ropes well enough for the masses to accept her as the candidate when he's done.
