Some energy industry groups are expressing concern that the White House will declare a COVID-19-like emergency—but for the climate instead.

"They're leaning to that direction," U.S. Oil and Gas Association President Tim Stewart told Just the News in an article published on July 30. "If you grant the president's emergency powers to declare a climate emergency, it's just like COVID.”

An emergency declaration on the climate could give the president “vast and unchecked authority to shut down everything from communications to infrastructure," said Mr. Stewart, who has been a critic of the Biden administration. . . .

How would they get public support for this?

Look at the "COVID pandemic". They used fear propaganda in a very calculated way to change public perception.

How are they going to get the public to be scared of "the climate" as much as they did a scary virus?

What kind of false flag will they use?

I think you're seeing some of it with this "hottest summer on record" bullsheeeit and drama around every storm. Here in the northeast the weathermen are dramatizing every rainstorm with "excessive heavy rain", "flood watch", hail, and more. They "predicted" about 7 days straight of heavy rain, thunderstorms and floods - we had a string of overcast days and got about 1/2" of rain all combined. Ridiculous insanity. Somehow they must be planning to use the number of weather warnings as a metric to justify a future Climate Emergency. You know it's getting insane when the issue flood watch warnings for every single rainstorm. I wonder if the Canadian wildfires were lit to cause more precipitation in the US this year. It doesn't seem to be having any big effect up here.
