He approached DOJ/FBI and informed of China ties of Bidens during a time when the Russia tie claims against Trump was hot and treated seriously by MSM so he wanted to inform of evidence of money going form China to Bidens and gave the detailed amounts. Then DOJ/FBI with the heads up on evidence helped cover up the laptop story months later instead of using it in investigation (lucky for him Giuliani had a copy so DOJ/FBI couldn't erase it from existence). Then DOJ/FBI contacts decided not to investigate Biden because it was too close to an election (contrast that with 'crossfire hurricane' against Trump). Then charges are made against Luft and he says he is being accused of FARA violation for writing a foreign policy article for CIA but is paid by China to fool US's intelligence community, yet the article has nothing to do with China and he didn't write it. The people he names as the DOJ/FBI contacts were the ones running cover for Biden to hide it. For his trial somehow he is under some kind of orders that prevent his defense from mentioning Bidens or the whistleblower conversation he had with DOJ/FBI. He has no belief he'll get a fair trial due to involvement of SDNY prosecutors and DOJ/FBI actions up to then, and wants to just tell his story before he gets screwed by dems. Also still in hiding.
