Biden has dementia. It's incurable and it's progressive. He's getting worse at an increasing rate. He's just about reached the point where he doesn't even know where he is most of the time.

No, he hasn't been like this for years. He's getting much worse, and it's happening very quickly. The only reason he sounds marginally lucid some of the time is the drugs they are pumping into him to kickstart his brain.
