If you read between the lines, you can tell he is really upset about his new nickname, doesn't have the emotional control to just ignore it, and this was probably his best attempt at trying to defend his hurt feelings over it. He probably spent a lot of time composing this, and made an effort to say the Joe Cuckold part last as if it's no big deal. He deserves to be memed. Hard.
