These were added I think. Way to frequent, or I suppose it's possible that multiple detectors were chirping at different times. I think it's like once every 10 minutes or so. I'm jumping out of bed to change a battery if I hear it, so I don't know for sure.

It starts off that way, but after a few weeks the frequency of the chirps increase. My neighbor went on a long vacation, and his battery died about 2 days after he left. I was ready to burn it down, I could hear the fucker 3 houses over.
