The homeowner did this to themselves. Probably falling behind on payments for something and needed to file a police report on this "hate crime" so that when they burn down their own house, they will start claiming some racist did it.

My first thought too. Looks exactly like something a kike would do to themself, like when they paint swastikas backwards on a synagogue.
