Look in to stretching/tugging/restoring. It makes a dramatic improvement in your existence in a variety of ways. It takes a long time, but is worth the trouble.

I know only a little…it’s been years since I studied it, and a little while since I tried to pick it back up. It’s a cool language, though, and it’s always a good thing to know more. Learning a second language is a great thing to have…
