Correction: SCOTUS did not rule that Texas had to remove the razor wire. SCOTUS removed the injunction forbidding the Feds from removing it.

It's akin to removing the restraining order keeping Boone off my property. It doesn't say I have to LET him onto my property (FAFO still applies), just that SCOTUS isn't actively taking a side until the case is ruled upon.

The headline should read, Supreme Court trying to usurp Texas' sovereignty as a state by forcing laws that are outside of federal court's jurisdiction.

What kind of mental gymnastics does the Supreme court have to do to decide texas is working against the integrity and sovereignty of the land? If they rule against texas then its absolute treason.

The feds can [sadly] get away with not allocating funds to secure the border, but to actively interfere with a 3rd party's effort to secure it is a whole other thing.
