It's a fucking RIGHT, not a privilege. Hell when this country was first started if someone committed a crime, not one person would try to take away their guns even for murder unless they were imprisoned at the time after that do what the fuck you want including to vote next election. The small courts keep robbing us of RIGHTS we have and it is not supposed to have to power to take away. Maybe if a court judge keeps making unconstitutional rulings over and over for illogical reasons that person should be found not fit to be a judge anymore in the US. Go back to lawyer work since taking US citizens rights is a huge no no in this country under any circumstances.
