"we get a lot of questions on this..."
Heidi Swartz, VP, Deputy General Counsel Employment Law and Investigations at Facebook
And the same is true when people leak our Q&As (LOL!) And they almost always include employee names, this was not an isolated incident A data center technician in our Prineville data center ramp up our investigative techniques as our company grows they threaten our open culture
a health integrity program that we have in place that combats vaccine hesitancy by taking a hard stance against vaccine information ... misinformation (freudian slip LMAO 2:15)
I know some people here feel that there are good leaks and there are bad leaks But they're all damaging and they're not the right way to bring about change Especially in a company like this where people are free to share their opinion and to raise questions to Mark here at Q&A's You may think you're leaking because you want to hold leadership accountable or that you're on the right side of history But that is very subjective, and you may not have all the information to make that call And the people who leaked our co-workers' names last week; they thought they were doing the right thing too.
