What surprises me about this is this cop was charged with anything at all. As a former resident of that shithole, Houston PD has had a blank check to frame and murder people for the last 50 or so years. You get the occasionally flunkie fuck up so bad it can't be covered up but this nigger was a veteran. He should have had a framework of cops protecting for and vouching for him.
