This USED to be the standard for The Massachusetts State Police. It worked out better for the people and worse for the criminals. You know..........like in a SANE world.

And your police chief and entire departmental administartion should be also be White Christian Men, in good physical condition, slender, at least six feet tall, perfect hearing and perfect eyesight, with an IQ of at least 100 (more is better) who have worked their way up through the ranks the hard way, gaining valuable experience in policing through diligence and performance. Not corrupt political hacks who have been appointed to their position by corrupt elected city officials. And who support their Men to do their jobs.
Does no good to have good troops if they have poor leadership.
