Really? It's the first I ever heard of a Capital One Cafe. You don't see any Bank of America cafes.

It's a gimmick they've done in DC area for a while. Get Starbucks style coffee drinks and free wifi and then encourage you to it put your money there since you go anyways and if you do you get coffee discounts.

I don't bank with Cap One, but if you're going to a coffee shop they're the same as any other big chain and I see the angle I guess.

Wow, I didn't know that. I do light banking with them now. I used to have money with them in their money markets years ago. Also, their credit card didn't have any fees when you traveled which was a nice add.
