Hard to say, it isn't "juicy" like a brisket but the meat is tender and very tasty. Very beefy too.
That being said, I have a philosophy of "if it's meat I can smoke it", I will also say that if it wasn't such quality beef I wouldn't have gotten away with smoking it at those temps.
