-8 points for not being a man and using a Charcoal grill.
I've had many grills and for our outdoor kitchen we went with the Char-Broiler infrared Professional. Best gas grill I have ever cooked on.
That being said, I still love my beat up old charcoal Weber that we have out at our cabin and remember guys, charcoal is for your grill not your smoker!
I was kidding. I use the Char Broiler Griller too. One side is gas and the other is smoker/charcoal. My old Weber gave out a couple years ago and I bought this one. I miss my Weber. It had an adjustable rack with two handles and they're hard to find anymore. There can be two feet of snow and 20 degrees and my ass will run out there and grill. My wife also will use it if she's craving the cock, I mean craving cook-out.
Kek, anybody who loves putting fire (or hot smoke) on meat in an outdoor setting is a friend of this sub.
