Pretty dead here but I need help My wife bought a shit ton of Mexican porterhouse steaks I’ve tread beating the fuck out of them with a meat mallet but there still tough anyone bbq steaks or have any pointers on how to make them edible

It’s a good chance to try the Coffee marinade I did try a apple pie moonshine marinade and it tasted alright but not worth the chew
