Homeschool is definitely an option. My husband fights it - yet I’m the one who personally had spergy homeschool friends, and I’m still willing to risk it. Plenty of good options out there for it now that do include contact with other kids. It’s either that or get elected to the school board or private school management board... which I WILL do if we don’t have another option.

Private and public school is way more expensive and/or will give worse results. You also need an extra car and if you have more than one kid to drive all over town every morning dropping kids off at different institutions.
Just show him the costs. All your wage as a woman will just go to pay other women/strangers to take care of your kids.
A one income family can be done easily if you share rooms and the kids have bunk beds etc..

It really is about adjusting expectations and not trying to compare your family's toys and vacations and worldy things to those with two incomes shipping their kids off to public school. My parents sacrificed financially to homeschool me and I will never be able to thank them enough for it.
Plus, with the way things are, schools aren't going to be social anyhow.
Scouts is a great social option outside of school. Depending how cucked the local organisation is of course.
