That semi-grown puppy has trouble walking. I suspect that has some significant genetic flaws.

Notice the 2nd dog was let out last so that the puppy could reach the food first. With its inability to walk, I bet it has had a lot of trouble competing with other dogs for food.

If it can make it to the food in time, it knows it has to wolf down as much as possible as fast as possible before the other dogs eat it all leaving it with nothing.

Stable dogs don't compete for resources. This is 100% human made and enabled through training unknowingly to the owner. Some dogs will naturally resource guard, but humans make it this bad.

Well they appear to be in some sort of kennel, pet store or animal shelter.

And I still think that the way it doesn't walk signifies a genetic defect rather than ultra enthusiasm.

When you see the other dog walk up and start eating, the dog still has food left but still goes for the other. Not talking about the walk, but a stable dog will finish whats in front of them and leave other dogs alone.
