It's a little less "conceptual" and more "artistic" if you ask me. In my mind concept creations include at least some plausible engineering. Sticking feathers on wings that don't move makes me think those stripes and flames on a race car will make it go faster.

Like some truth to that. The concepts are always designed more for show than functionality. I just thought it looked neat myself - LOL

Well yeah there's show over functionality in a lot of design. Perhaps there is insight found in unexpected places. FOr all practical purposes a stealth bomber could be saucer shaped. I just feel like this one is like glittery tassles on a kid's bike handlebars.
