Jezuz pajeet programmers were the worst. The time difference between India and NA alone made communication a real problem. Then add in language and cultural differences, and that their programmers were not very skilled. And sometimes they appeared to intentionally make it difficult for no reason that we could discern. Cuba OTOH is in the same time zone, or near enough, and programmers were both skilled and had a good grasp of English. I'd outsource to Cuba again in a heartbeat.
