If you love constantly chasing avgas leaks, and mixing/applying copious amounts of pro-seal, and rough landings due to not using spring shock absorbers but rather stacks of rubber discs.. go for the Mooney.

Tank leaks are not representative of moonies. They have an older fleet. Heck, I've flown in a wooden wing A model. But largely, so long as you keep it off grass fields and keep fuel in the tanks, leaks don't generally happen.
