Tesla did that early on. 90 second swaps I think. The battery was intended to be a loaner, you would get a full one, leave yours there till it was changed, and come pick it up. People didn't come get their own battery back. So the service was cancelled. The test facility was in California. Californians are why we can't have nice things.
