I have to go with one of the Bourne movies, probably the first one.

As tempting as it is to go for a 'car' movie, or even a movie about racing, I love the driving done for the Bourne movies - so I'll go with the first of them. All the driving was done by a real driver, without the aid of CGI. The kind of precision driving that requires, along with the inability to damage too many vehicles beforehand, means the skills of the stunt drivers were exceptional.

Yeah, I gotta go with The Bourne Identity. It's truly exceptional driving.

If it had been plural, I'd have said the whole damned series - but the series with that bald-headed action star (Fast and Furious, I think?) has some pretty sweet driving in it, as well.

(Pardon me, if I'm not here long. I may fall asleep.)

I think I'm going to keep up the trend of the day.

I did my PT and my femur was more sore than normal, so I ate my full dosage and then added one of the dilaudid for the breakthrough pain.

This made me feel pretty comfy and it just so happens that I have extras that I've not taken because the pain was bearable. So, I think I'm going to eat more opiates than normal.

Other than that, my plans are much the same as they have been lately. I'm not technically on a honeymoon, but I'm probably going to leave the ringer turned off and keep the doors locked. At some point, I want to spend a few minutes with my son - as he's quite literally next door. He's returning to Maine this weekend and I'd like to spend a few moments with him before he goes.

So, I may have them over for dinner or go out to dinner. If so, I'll probably invite my daughter and her spouse and child. I haven't had even a single minute of baby time since returning. It's not that I've been really anti-social, it's that I've been largely enjoying the time alone with the wife. We have spent quite a bit of time with my kids and their families, so having some sorta-alone time was warranted.

Hmm...

I might also make some music, considering I've not yet done my guitar practice today. Well, I played for about an hour - but that was mostly just stretching and a couple of quick runs through the song we'll be recording for Friday night.

One of the most awesome things about my wife is that I can jam and make music with her. I don't have words to articulate how awesome this is, but it is pretty fucking awesome. Imagine thinking, "Hey, I'd like to play some music with someone else - and have that someone else have a modicum of skill so that we can play something specific!" and then, imagine that as being possible. Right this very minute, I can say, "Let's make some noise!" and she will.
