For example, the Inspelning Zigbee plug is $6.99 per unit, which is about half price. They're also running a 10% off sale for orders online/pickup. Their other zigbee devices also seem to be on sale, but those aren't as useful to me. They are going towards the matter protocol instead. It provides control as well as current/voltage monitoring capabilities.

I've been using this plug a lot because it's easy to open and modify into an always-on current monitoring plug, and that same easy to open means you can replace that cheap filter capacitor in the relay power supply that seems to kill a lot of these smart plugs. You can also easily remove the ground tine (it's not part of the circuit) in case you have an older home with 2-wire plugs.

Normies don’t know this one little trick to not die. Cooking.

Thanks for posting. Most of my shit is Zwave, but I can support zigbee. Love this style for guest lamps and slow bleeds like chargers.

Since they don’t list it as zigbee, how do I see the other zigbee devices?

Anything that connects to DIRIGERA is zigbee?

Is the TRÅDFRI gateway zigbee?

I might consider their blinds.

Most of their smart home devices are zigbee, and anything that connects to their current or last-gen hub is zigbee. It's not listed online anywhere because they want you to use their hub, I just happened to notice it one day when shopping there.

The reason they are on sale is they are going to Matter.

Ok. Thanks!! Also never thought of opening up a $7 device to fix shit. I’d buy 12 of them and throw away the ones that die.

But I’m not as good with components as you.
