This is also interesting, what if the system "fails" and phones them at 3 in the morning and they dont reply? Are they gonna swat the house because the person was asleep? What if the person is in the hospital and in an incapacitated state, are they gonna assume guilt or will the hospital coordinate with this app somehow? There are so many holes in this idea
After my second DUI, court made me put this breathalyzer machine in my house hooked up to the phone line that I had to blow into at random times (sometimes middle of the night). It would also take my picture while doing it, and some jackoff at the court would verify it's me.
The Aussie big brother shit reminds me of that experience...
