If they don't respond to the random government text within 15 minutes and send their geolocation or picture of face, the police show up. Unbelievable.

Uncle Ted was and always will be right. Truly a genius.

[–] 3 pts

Terrible PR campaign

[–] 6 pts

How’s it terrible when he got everyone to hear what he had to say? It’s not his fault the average consoomer is too dumb to understand his message.

Also the only reason he got caught was because of his cuck brother ratting him out.

[–] 0 pt

It took him 3 decades. Also the bad optics. He isn't that Bowers guy.

[–] [deleted] 12 pts

What if you choose not to have a smart phone? Will the Gubmint install one in you?

Aussies need prayer, and divine help.

[–] 5 pts

I would say they need to help themselves, but they lost that war ~30 years ago already when they willingly gave up all their guns.

Yes, without outside intervention, which won't happen, they're done.

[–] [deleted] 2 pts

What is your idea of outside help?

Because there are about 100 people reading this post right now that are helping, you'll never meet or see them.

That 100 will turn to 7 billion real soon.

[–] 2 pts

Most of us are alts there are only seven people here

[–] 3 pts

Fuck that.

They need GUNS and the balls to use them.

I thought Aussies were tough, but apparently it's a country full of PUSSIES!

[–] [deleted] 2 pts

All it will take is one man willing to stand up to their corruption.

We need another Jesus right now.

[–] 0 pt

Passively Letting the kikes kill you is not the example that we need right now. Not all of us have a respawn as short as 3 days .

We need a Hitler who isn’t fooled into thinking safety camps are a good idea.

[–] 1 pt

I thought Aussies were some tough , mean bastards. Jokes on me

Don't cut em off in traffic or take their parking space that's where they draw the line.

[–] 0 pt

YEAH, they're not gun-toting tough guys like us Mericans who... just had our elections compromised and did nothing but dressed up as an Indian and tried on Pelosi's teeth.

[–] 1 pt

Well, of course, Mericans are fucking PUSSIES, never said they weren't.

They are if you take their parking space or cut them off in traffic.

I brake checked one once he was inches from my ass. He chased me down the highway we finally pull over.

He starts yelling in nasally Australian. Still no idea what he was saying til this day.

I said shut the fuck up. Your the asshole that caused your own problem by riding my ass!

Something mumbled in incoherent aussie something about fuckin yanks.

He drives off.

[–] 0 pt

That's NOT "tough", that's just intimidation.

Anybody can "intimidate" somebody then walk away, being tough means following through on your threats.

[–] 2 pts

Cell phones have had GPS for a long ass time. Nowhere near as accurate as modern GPS, and they can also activate the mike remotely. Gotta have an old school phone, with a removable battery, and its still gonna localize the user

[–] [deleted] 5 pts

Hard to localize a user when the user has no electronic devices at all.

[–] [deleted] 2 pts

If they're willing to go as far as they are right now, I can see mandatory ankle bracelets like parolees wear in the future. No phone, no problem! They'll have you covered!

[–] 2 pts

The minute you go off grid is the minute they single you out for more intense surveillance.

[–] 12 pts

Cancel your cell phone service and buy Nokia flip phones.

[–] 9 pts

Better yet, buy a gu— ooohhhh, yeah. Haha. Nevermind.

[–] 5 pts

They don't really need the app at all. They can use bluetooth to track your proximity to others and they can use facial recognition right from your camera without an app. Even flip phones have bluetooth now.

This sounds like they are just trying to slowly introduce the idea of how they're already tracking us.

[–] 9 pts

your proximity to others

Hah! Jokes on them!

[–] 2 pts

Nah, it's a consent thing. You have to accept the mark of the beast, willingly; it can't be forced upon you. They can make it super inconvenient to not give in. Hell, they might just outright kill you for not giving in. But by the order of natural law: only you can pledge allegiance for yourself. I fear not those who can kill the body but are not able to kill the soul.

Leave your phone at home.

That way your always where they want you to be.

[–] 0 pt

They can still do the pop quiz thing to make sure you are with it.

That's what say anyway I don't have data on my phone sign in manually with fake info

[–] 6 pts

Holy shit snacks Batman, time to pitchforks and torches or gtfo.

[–] 3 pts

Time to open a pitchfork store.

[–] 2 pts

Username plays. That’s worth a point.

[–] 5 pts

If you don't carry your phone they won't know.

[–] 4 pts

Sooner or later someone is gonna get convicted of something because they didn't have their phone on them.

[–] 1 pt

And then they bring out the microchips.

[–] 2 pts

You have to respond to their text.

[–] 0 pt

Why would they text you if you're not moving?

How do they know your battery isn't dead? It's now a crime to not charge your phone?

[–] 6 pts

I guess the cops show up at your house and you can tell them your battery ran out. Text is just random.

It is insane. At what point to Aussies stand up against this. At what point to the police choose not to comply with enforcing this madness?

[–] 1 pt

Ding ding

Which will soon be mandatory

[–] 5 pts

whoops i don’t have a $1200 smartphone and a $100/mo phone bill anymore

Anti semetic behavior requires indoctrination camp!!

[–] 0 pt

but judge shekelsteinberg, i lost my smartphone in that boating accident with all of my firearms!

[–] 5 pts

Response, cancel service and ditch phone.

People in South Australia will be forced to download an app that combines facial recognition and geolocation. The state will text them at random times, and thereafter they will have 15 minutes to take a picture of their face in the location where they are supposed to be. Should they fail, the local police department will be sent to follow up in person. “We don’t tell them how often or when, on a random basis they have to reply within 15 minutes,” Premier Steven Marshall explained. “I think every South Australian should feel pretty proud that we are the national pilot for the home-based quarantine app.”

Hans.. go get the you know what..

That is truly fucked up on a whole new level. What if you don't have a phone? Jail?

[–] 2 pts

This is also interesting, what if the system "fails" and phones them at 3 in the morning and they dont reply? Are they gonna swat the house because the person was asleep? What if the person is in the hospital and in an incapacitated state, are they gonna assume guilt or will the hospital coordinate with this app somehow? There are so many holes in this idea

After my second DUI, court made me put this breathalyzer machine in my house hooked up to the phone line that I had to blow into at random times (sometimes middle of the night). It would also take my picture while doing it, and some jackoff at the court would verify it's me.

The Aussie big brother shit reminds me of that experience...

[–] 1 pt

Maybe don't get DUIs...?

[–] 3 pts

I wonder if Australians are going to be able to vote themselves out of tyranny.

Voting is mandatory otherwise they get fined.

People just show up and vote so they don't get the fine.

Not because they know any of the politicians they just Christmas treed on the ballot.

That's how we ended up with these fuckbags.

[–] 3 pts

Good. Get rid of (((phones))). Cell phones are completely unnecessary.
