Yep they are banking on the majority of these drivers having a mortgage with a stay at home wife and school aged kids.

Thats the demographic they are aiming the tyranny at.

They are in a catch 22

It doesn't matter though you're missing the point. At some stage the amount of people who've had enough will outweigh any punishment they try to enforce, what are they going to do if half or more than half of the country wakes up? Throw everyone in jail? Arrest everyone? Call everyone a terrorist? At some point the people in service's i.e police, ambos, military etc will have family involved on the awakened side and it will be to much they will have no choice but to listen to us and do whatever we say. It is and always has been a fear game and they've always banked on you being to scared to do anything and folding, but there aren't any laws that will scare a crowd of millions of hungry angry people
