Last council election we had a separate pamphlet, in almost every language of the world, explaining what to do.
This is ridiculous, to legally vote you need citizenship. Requirements are English, residency and employment plus an oath.
Why would you need electoral ballots in languages other than the host nation's language?

No, I agree with that. In fact the poor woman should have stayed home and had babies in her native country - Japan's birth rate is as bad as White people's.
