  1. they took all the semi auto rifles and shotguns in 1996... now they require a special licence to acquire.
  2. thousands up to a hundred thousand people did NOT hand their rifle(s) in.
  3. there are now more gun owners in Australia than ever... the majority of rifles are bolt action.
  4. there are countless illegal firearms throughout the country because of bikies and gangs.
  5. there are unknown numbers of people making their own firearms including machine guns.
  6. there are unknown numbers of military grade weapons such as bombs and rocket launchers in the hands of private citizens.
  7. if china or indonesia decides to full on invade us, the weapons will all come out and people will find out.

All you need is "a gun to get a gun"

With a bolt action you can trade up to a semi auto or full auto. "Never been fired and only dropped once."

the police all have glocks on their belts, semi auto or pump shotguns in the back of their cars and the riot cops have semi auto 223... maybe 308. if enough strength is shown, many of them will mutiny to our side.
