We barely understand what the eye can see. Slowly, we'll learn about the remaining ~99.99%. We'll find new life forms that we can only imagine. Not everything that's conscious needs to exist in the sliver of reality that we inhabit. I suspect that awareness exists in all directions and dimensions.
