Nowhere does the article mention that the universe is not evenly distributed due to gravity wells of black holes, and the unknown effects of dark matter and energy. They simply need to figure out why and what they're measuring wrong. Some scientists still think that humans know exactly what we're doing, and not paying attention to the guesstimates that have been used in all cosmic measurements.
