The odds are quite high that there will be bacteria and viruses that we won't be immune to. The risks are great. People rarely consider compatibility when thinking of living on other earth like worlds.

I would have to imagine at least some people would adapt pretty quickly when European’s came to America they brought the super bugs with them but there wasn’t much in the way of germs that could kill them from what I remember.

Boobs, keep in mind that when Europeans came to America they were still on the same planet, and it raised hell for the natives. A completely different planet, with its own evolutionary path, will likely be quite a bit more stressful on our immune systems. I bet penicillin would work again, on a new planet. So, there's that.

That’s a good point, what I’m saying though is we don’t even know if another evolutionary path that far diverged from ours is possible we just assume it is. By our path I mean how life on earth went.
