Not without knowing the camera settings, exposure time and sensitivity to light of the sensor/film. There's not enough hard information here to determine any such thing as the light pollution. You can do this same thing with stars so does that mean we have too much light pollution from stars too?

Birds do't normally fly at night but yeah ( maybe infrared rather than light).

Um... but that does raise the issue of bats. I've seen some huge numbers of bats in the night sky looking for food. If you want some pictures I can post some.
