Just because because you don't see or smell shit in your underpants doesn't mean it isn't there. I forget the exact number now but your tighty whities or satin dainties have a significant, measurable amount of fecal matter in it, sometihng like 1/2 a gram, after being worn for awhile. Wiping the ass with dry paper is not good cleaning process. Wet ones are better of course but doesn't help what might seep out over time. And then the act of physically moving around distributes the poop throughout the undergarment. This is the main reason why guys need to wash their hands after taking a leak; because their finger are most likely contaminated with fecal matter from contact with their dicks. Chicks who sucks dick in public washrooms are definately not aware of this. I mean who sucks on a lollypop that they know has shit on it even if they can't see or taste it the shit.
