If you're wearing pants, sure. But if it's summer, and you're wearing shorts, your dick will pop out to say hello, whether that's what you want or not may vary. Another thing too, if you shit, underwear is better, because even after wipe, there's still a trace of shit left. And it's easier and cheaper to wash/replace underwear than it is to replace pants or jeans.
