Black people need external controls. On average they are lower IQ, lower in self-control and higher in anti-social traits. Statistics show blacks doing better in the past on a variety of metrics (criminality, family, etc.) under slavery and segregation because letting your average black be free to express himself as we wants is destructive. It makes sense to limit people's freedoms if they are like that both for themselves and society. Though slavery goes to far in that direction (and isn't all that economically good). African slaves in America were more expensive and treated better because Africa is so far, but that's no excuse to reduce a human to an object.
