This one is a first for me. It wasn't my fault, the company got shut down by the state. I'm a little depressed about it. I'm sure it will be easy to find another job but probably not one as meaningful. Its got me a little bummed out. Add family drama to that and personal drama and paol drama.

I've been fired from one job laid off from one and had an amiable separation as in I have to much notice and all sucked in their own way and none of those jobs was meaningful or even really mattered. You have your health and your family and plenty of projects to keep you occupied! The most good you can do starts at home is the truest statement I've ever heard

That last sentence is some words to live by. My priorities in life are 1. Family and 2. Poal 3. Everything else. I love this place but it will never be more important than my wife and my kids.
