No opinion on him in particular, but I think courthouse security is a waste of tax dollars and all judges/lawyers/courthouse employees should be required to defend themselves with their own weaponry and tactical armor. Only the judges who survive the longest would elevated to the Supreme Court, where the most dangerous criminals who won all of their previous 'appeals' would be have to plead their case. My system wouldn't really be any better at administering justice, but at least it would rely on violence as opposed to greed.
