What I can tell you is our area has a relatively low black population, but when I see a wreck, at least 50% of the time there is at least one dull looking negro standing in the street near the wrecked car staring at its sail foam. When I see a car do something stupid or wreckless, at least half the time it's a nigger.
I'm guessing it's the same as the violent crime rate, the 13% negroes cause 50% of the accidents, or whatever it is now.
We should be able to break accidents down by rate on a heat map. The data exists. Someone needs to liberate the data. We have impulsive ape people driving deadly machines all around us.
