The most important thing to unlearn in our society, in my humble opinion, is the idea that we deserve more than what we already have, both financially and socially.
Examples range from all forms of welfare to gender neutral bathrooms.
I would replace this mentality with the idea that we are not entitled to anything and that we should be more grateful.
